Our development capabilities are augmented by our construction arm, Makad Construction Corp. We are able to develop and construct major industrial projects using our own construction management techniques and know how.

Makad uses its network and experience together with in-house construction management capabilities to develop a team of construction contractors and subcontractors capable of building virtually any size scope or type of project.

Makad, through its construction subsidiary, Makad Construction Corp., coordinates groups of construction industry providers, utilizing EPC Agreement relationships, consortiums, joint ventures, teaming agreements and traditional general – subcontractor structures to enable construction of complex international class projects to come in on time and at or under budget.

Construction management is provided in multiple layers ensuring maximum efficiency, coordination and safety.

Makad Global has expertise in providing management services in all phases of plant planning, design, estimating and cost control, construction, start-up and commercial operation, as well as operating improvement and capacity expansion.

We provide management, technical, construction and operation supervision. We can review all detail work by contractors, including engineering and purchasing, as well as following and approving budgets. We supervise the contractor's engineering, procurement and construction activities, monitor cost and schedule control, and provide a wide variety of technical advice on problems that arise during project construction.

Most of the plants for which we have provided management services have passed test runs and made 100% production or more in their first year of operation.

We work closely with our partners in helping in the process selection, preparation of specifications for process plants, drawing up invitations to bid, pre-qualification of bidders, analysis and comparison of bids, participation in contract negotiations and development of the EPC Contract.
